Down payment and monthly installments
A 20% down payment signs the contract. 60% is divided into fixed, interest-free monthly payments until delivery.
Delivery — July 2028
You pay the remaining 20% and receive your lot with all utilities installed.

Can I purchase as a foreign buyer?
Yes. Citizens of any country can acquire property in Mexico through a bank trust (fideicomiso). It is a fully legal, secure, and well-established instrument.
What does the down payment include?
The down payment varies by lot. It legally reserves the lot in your name and initiates the contract signing process.
Can I sell my lot before delivery?
Augusta lots are transferable. You can assign your position to another buyer by prior agreement with the Boma Desarrollos team.
Is the golf course already built?
The Country Lakes golf course and all Augusta amenities will be fully delivered in July 2028, together with the lots. The development is currently in active pre-sale.
Can I complete the purchase remotely without traveling to Mexico?
Yes. The entire purchase process can be completed remotely via notarial power of attorney. Our team coordinates with the bank and notary. You only sign.
Are there closing costs?
Yes. Notarial and closing costs are standard in Mexico (approximately 5–7% of the property value). We provide the exact cost breakdown during the process.
When do maintenance fees begin?
Maintenance fees begin on the delivery date (July 2028). There are no fees during pre-sale. The initial fee is approximately $7 MXN per m².
